Sometimes, reimaging a hard drive or reinstalling ToolBook will cause the PowerPac product to fail to be accessible at the new location.

Generally, you should always deactivate you license BEFORE moving ToolBook to a new computer. This will ensure that you can reinstall and register the product after the move is complete.

Simply download the PowerPac installer and run it. This will reset all the dependencies and setting in ToolBook so the PowerPac menu and functions are available to you again.

  • While updating PowerPac will not affect registration, in this case, more than likely you will have to re-register you product license again after reinstallation on the new machine.
  • If you cannot register you product because of a lost key or because the online database will not accept another registration, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can correct this. When contacting us, please supply you license key and/or registration name so that we can look this up for you in the registration database.
