This problem is usually encountered on the Mac when launching The Almena Method in the Safari browser.

WHY DOES THIS OCCUR?

• The Safari browser is unable to initialize the Adobe Flash plugin.
• Other browsers on the PC and/or Mac may exhibit the same behavior and it is related to the Adobe Flash player not being installed.

WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?

• Please install or reinstall the Adobe Flash Player.
  NOTE: This may NOT solve the problem. See recommendation below.
• Some Mac OSx systems with the Safari browser will not initialize the player even after reinstallation or the Adobe Flash plugin. This appears to be a bug on some versions of iOS and has been discussed in many online support forums and may be addressed by either future Flash or Apple updates.
  RECOMMENDATION: We have found the best immediate solution in these cases is just to install either Firefox or Chrome and use one of those browsers to launch The Almena Method.

You may be able to get Safari to run the Almena program by following the instructions in this Apple article:
