Notable changes in this version:

snapObjectToCenter() enhanced to accept groups in [snapToName]
NEW function: onFirstIdle()
Detects when browser has entered an idle state and all objects have been loaded. This is very similar to notifyAfter firstIdle in openScript.
Fixes IE 11 for all ToolBook versions. Modifies bootstrap.js. Bypasses fix if SumTotal patch is already applied in ToolBook v11.5.
Fixes some additional IE bugs when enabling "Enable IE HTML 5 Display"
Fixes a bug in all ToolBook exports for non-MSIE browsers (notably Firefox) wherein a non-fatal DOM exception occurred while loading content.
NOTE: This is a relatively rare condition but we experienced it during development of another project.
VideoJS HTML 5 player engine updated to v4.3.0.
NEW function: pgArrayToString()
Permits conversion of arrays to strings separated by custom separator strings. Performs an opposite function to pgSplitToArray().
pgTBObjSet() modified to better work with web fonts when setting button captions.
Exports are time stamped to assist browsers in determining whether to load cached or fresh content.
IE content now supports transparency when "Enable IE HTML 5 Display" is checked in the PowerPac menu.
Improved behavior of setTreeMenu() when deleting tracking data.
Current selection is never deleted and remains highlighted if highlight styles were previously defined.
BUG FIX: pgGotoURL() can now load external content in EITHER a new browser tab OR a popup window.
