playing an .mp4?

I recall having this issue in the past but regardless of what I do I can't seem to get the video to play. The AE setup is as shown (attachment) with "Movie1.mp4" in the root directory … when exported I get the error message shown. Any thoughts?

The error message generated in the exported product,

The issue you show occurs when you fail to add the videos to the export file list.
You can check your export files and you will notice that there is no file:
"../videos/Movie1.mp4"

The PowerPac does not add this automatically. Instead you use the menu item,
PowerPac > Add folders to export tree
The following dialog will open:

Click to insert folder and pick your video folder. All of its contents will be automatically copied including any sub-folders.

Now when you export, your [videos] folder will be included along with all the files inside the folder. When you run your web application, the mp4 file should be found and play as expected.

Well, regardless, you need to look at where the file is in the export tree. When put on a server, case-sensitivity matters too.
If you show a screen shot of your export tree, we can probably easily see what is happening.

Now select your videos folder and click on "Details" and see what gets copied into it.
